Your Rights Under GDPR (For EU Residents)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
1. Right to Access
You have the right to request confirmation of whether we process personal data about you and, if so, to request access to that personal data. This includes receiving a copy of the personal data we hold about you, along with information about how and why we process it.
2. Right to Rectification
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
3. Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for us to continue processing it, including where you withdraw consent, object to processing, or where processing is unlawful.
4. Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to request that we suspend the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or object to our processing.
5. Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance from us, where technically feasible.
6. Right to Object
You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest as our lawful basis. In such cases, we will cease processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
7. Rights in Relation to Automated Decision-Making
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
8. Right to Withdraw Consent
Where our processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA (For California Residents)
If you are a resident of California, the CCPA grants you specific rights regarding your personal information. For purposes of the CCPA, “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.

The categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
The categories of sources from which we collected your personal information.
The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your personal information.
The categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information.
The categories of personal information we sold or disclosed for a business purpose, and the categories of recipients.
2. Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we have collected from you or maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions (such as completing a transaction, detecting security incidents, complying with legal obligations, or exercising legal claims).
3. Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
4. Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information to third parties. Note: We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this practice changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide you with an opportunity to opt-out.
5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to that which is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by you. Note: We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those authorized by the CCPA.
6. Right to Non-Discrimination
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide you a different level of quality of services if you choose to exercise your privacy rights.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights described above, please submit a verifiable request to us by:
Email: legal@nexisiptv.com

Verification Process
To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing your request. For CCPA requests, if you are a California resident, we will ask you to provide information that matches the information we maintain about you. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing written permission signed by you.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for processing, and applicable legal requirements.

We are based in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws that are different from those of your country of residence. We will take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Statement and applicable law, including through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
