By purchasing any subscription, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Billing Terms, our Terms of Service , Privacy Policy , and Refund Policy .
1. Subscription Plans and Pricing
We offer various subscription plans as described on our Site. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and subscription plans at any time. Any price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles and will be communicated to you in advance.
2. Payment Methods and Processing
We use third-party payment processors to securely handle all payments. Your financial information (such as credit card numbers) is not stored on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (or our processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription, including any applicable taxes.

3. Free Trial
We offer a 24-hour free trial (“Trial”) to allow you to evaluate our Services. NO PAYMENT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED to activate the Trial. After the Trial period ends, your access will simply expire. You will not be charged automatically. To continue using our Services after the Trial, you must actively select and purchase a subscription plan.
4. Subscription Activation and Access
Upon successful payment, your subscription will be activated immediately, and you will receive your login credentials and setup instructions via email and/or WhatsApp. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address and phone number you provide are accurate and capable of receiving our communications.
5. No Automatic Renewal
Our subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated and agreed upon at checkout. Your subscription will remain active for the duration of the plan you selected (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 12 months). At the end of your subscription term, your access will expire. To continue using our Services, you must purchase a new subscription plan.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Since we do not offer auto-renewal, cancellation simply means that your access will not be renewed at the end of your current paid term. You will continue to have access until your subscription period expires.
7. Refunds

8. Price Changes
We may change the prices for our subscription plans at any time. Price changes will be effective for subsequent subscription terms and will not apply retroactively. If you have an active subscription, you will be notified of any upcoming price changes before you renew or purchase a new plan.

11. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, you agree to contact us first to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. In the event of suspension or termination for non-payment or violation of terms, you are not entitled to a refund.
