DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last Updated: 02/25/2026
Nexis IPTV LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we have designated a Copyright Agent to receive notices of claimed copyright infringement associated with our website https://nexisiptv.com/ (the “Site”) and our IPTV services (collectively, the “Services”). This policy outlines the procedures for submitting copyright complaints and counter-notifications.
Designated Copyright Agent
All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be sent to our designated agent as follows:
Email: legal@nexisiptv.com
Subject Line: DMCA Notice
Please note that only DMCA-related communications should be sent to this email address. For general inquiries, please contact support@nexisiptv.com.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you believe that any material available on or through our Services infringes upon a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notification to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, your notification must include substantially the following:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works on our Services are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. Providing URLs to the specific content is the most effective way to help us locate the material.
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We take intellectual property rights seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our Services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on our Services was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. To be effective, your counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled. Providing URLs is the most effective way to help us locate the material.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the Company may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of alleged infringement or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not file a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing material within ten (10) business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Copyright Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our Site. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
